Sellquill provides AI-powered tools for Amazon sellers, including pay-per-click (PPC) ad optimization, product research, and listing content generation. Specific features depend on the plan you subscribe to. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion, with reasonable advance notice for material changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on your first paid invoice for each plan. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.

To deliver the Service, we may request access to your Amazon Seller Central account data via official Amazon APIs (e.g., Amazon Ads API, SP-API). You grant Sellquill a limited, revocable license to access and process this data solely to provide the Service. You retain all rights to your data. Sellquill, including all software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any content you upload (listings, copy, product data).
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Amazon, AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic), payment processors, and cloud hosting (AWS, Cloudflare). Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific results, such as a reduction in ACoS, an increase in sales, or improved keyword rankings. AI-generated content (listing copy, suggestions) should be reviewed before use; you are responsible for the content you publish on Amazon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellquill's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
