1.1 Information You Provide

• Account & Contact Data — name, email address, phone number, company / store name.
• Billing Data — billing address, payment method details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Communications — content of emails, support tickets, and feedback you send us.

1.2 Amazon Seller Central Data (via official APIs)

If you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, we access — only to deliver the Service — the following categories of data through Amazon's official APIs (Ads API, SP-API):

• Advertising campaign data: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ACoS, sales.
• Product / SKU data: product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, ASINs, pricing, inventory.
• Listing content: existing copy used to generate optimized versions.
• Marketplace metadata: store country, currency, and similar configuration.

We do not access your buyers' personal information, order details with PII, or financial account credentials.

1.3 Usage & Technical Data

• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referrer URLs, timestamps.
• Device information: device identifiers, language settings.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Amazon Seller data to train large language models that are shared across customers.

3. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver the Service:

• Amazon — via official APIs, for the data we read on your behalf.
• AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar) — to generate listing copy and optimization suggestions. Inputs may be processed by these providers under their data processing agreements; we use enterprise / no-train tiers where available.
• Payment processors (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Stripe, Ocean Payment) — to handle billing.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare) — for hosting and content delivery.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly analytics may be used to understand aggregate site usage.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

4. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and Hong Kong. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and tax purposes.
• Amazon API data: retained while you use the Service; deleted within 90 days of account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Billing records: retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax laws.
• Marketing communications: retained until you unsubscribe.
