You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after your first paid charge for each plan (Starter or Pro). This applies to your initial subscription only, not to renewals.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
If you are a consumer (not a business buyer) based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. Our 7-day no-questions-asked refund stacks alongside any rights you have under EU/UK consumer law — whichever is more favorable to you applies.
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We typically resolve disputes within 1–2 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension and may make us unable to issue a separate refund.
