We want you to be confident that Sellquill is the right tool for your Amazon business. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

The short version: Within 7 days of your first paid invoice for each plan, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after your first paid charge for each plan (Starter or Pro). This applies to your initial subscription only, not to renewals.

Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

6. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (not a business buyer) based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. Our 7-day no-questions-asked refund stacks alongside any rights you have under EU/UK consumer law — whichever is more favorable to you applies.

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We typically resolve disputes within 1–2 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension and may make us unable to issue a separate refund.
